I've already asked the vendor for them, here is a picture with the rotary that I have ... the other one is the arrow key layout similar to DZ60RGB, one is ANSI and one is ISO.

I was wondering if stabs should be PCB screw-in, snap-in, or plate mounted.

The PCB supports screw-in and snap-in (also commonly called clip-in) stabilisers. I recommend Durock V2 screw-in stabilisers, but all other screw-ins (GMK/Cherry/Everglide/C3 Equalz/Zeal) will work.

Am I tripping, or do the pictures actually show north-facing LEDs, contrary to the description? Also, I never programmed an encoder before. Is it much like assigning key binds in QMK/VIA? Thanks.
