Fans of Lucas Burnley’s Kwaiken flipper will instantly recognize the Kwaiken G-10 steak knife. It’s got everything the original Kwaiken does, sans the liner lock and flipper. Actually, these models are even stronger thanks to their fixed blade construction. They feature blades made from 14C25N stainless steel, which takes a great edge to slice through meat without releasing any of its precious juices. The handles, just like on the original, are made from G-10 for a solid grip. The set includes two knives and a gift box—an excellent way to show your love for knives while enjoying a fine meal to the fullest.
