Does anyone had problems with the customer support? I ordered a Drop + xDuoo TA-84 OTL Tube Amp/DAC last month on the 9th of November and it says it has been shipped but there is no tracking number. I already contacted support several times but untill now no one came back to tell me where is my parcel and when it will be delivered!!! Also, i ordered a Cayin MT-12N EL84EH Integrated Amplifier and it has been shipped, it shows the tracking number of DHL and it shows sitting in the DHL wharehouse since 27th of November. I contacted customer support and untill now no one has been able to solve this for me. Two orders and still no products have been delivered. I just hope someone escalates this to a customer support manager because at the moment this is getting ridiculous!

Audiophile001Hi @Audiophile001 we apologize for the delay in resolving the tracking issue for your Amp/DAC. We looped in our logistics team for support and have been unsuccessful in getting your package back in transit. We've dispatched a replacement earlier today. As for the other amp, there is action needed on your end. We'll follow up via email.
