If your keyboard is not hot swappable, then you need to desolder the old switches and put the new ones on it.

Are these switches compatible with the drop entr keyboard?

While they are compatible, the entr is not hotswap so you would have to desolder the old switches and solder the new ones

the Preonic MX v3 has hotswap sockets so they don't need to be soldered
