Hey everyone, our vendor just reached out and let us know there was a miscommunication with availability and the inventory set aside for us no longer exists.
As a result, I've taken down the drop. Those of you that joined will not be charged for anything.
I owned a CM Storm QuickFire and some of the LEDs stopped working about 4 months in, didn't bother me much. Then the spacebar springs stopped pushing the bar up all the way and I had to trash the keyboard, not worth the price for how many issues it has with the build quality.

I'm not sure if related to the issue, but the keyboard is one of the first tkl quickfire Rapids available, early model? so probably the quality in the materials improved over time. The plate on mine also got rusty overtime but I believe that's due to humidity.
The cable is removable so if it diea after 2 years is not a big deal.

The vendor informed us that the group's order was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse. Based on the tracking provided, the order is scheduled to arrive 3/31.
Sometimes shipments get delayed en route, but we will keep the group updated throughout the fulfillment process and notify you all if anything causes delay.

Thanks again for joining this drop! We have submitted the group's order with the vendor for the CM Storm QuickFire XT Keyboard (Cherry MX Green) and they are working hard to prepare it for shipment.
As soon as the group's order is ready at the vendor's location, they will send the bulk shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey where our warehouse team will break it up into individual orders and ship them. The current estimated ship date from our warehouse is 4/5.

PeterKI've contacted support about this but I wanted to reiterate this directly to you.
I ordered this to be delivered to the UK, but did not realise that it would take two and a half weeks for the order to be dispatched. I also assumed that the $33 shipping must include import duties, as the similar shipping figures on amazon and ebay include import duties.
I couldn't find any of this information by browsing the site itself, but only through a reply from customer support where they provided links. I'm out of the country from 30th March to the 3rd May, and won't be able respond to the request to pay import duty. The order will then be returned to you for refund after three weeks of being held at customs.
I want to cancel my order and be given a full refund. I am not happy to wait for customs to return the product and to be denied to be refunded $33 in postage costs. I'm now aware from links provided by email that orders cannot be cancelled once the drop is complete, but it seems unlikely that the original vendor has yet dispatched their order to your warehouse, and you will have to amend your order with them. If that means the drop price is not allowed by them, then I imagine the other four buyers orders will also have to be dropped.
I'm sure it's in both our interests to resolve the issue before the order is shipped for your warehouse. I consider the lack of information on your site to be grossly misleading and I will go to considerable effort to contest the payment with paypal and visa if you don't want to resolve this amicably.
