Does this keyboard have the costar type stabilizers like the WSAD code? or does it have the cherry type stabilizers?

Shipped on the 22nd, but now seemingly lost by DHL globalmail after Cologne. Not just me either, same happened to a friend who ordered at the same time (also lost at Cologne).

This drop currently stands at 95% fulfilled. A handful of orders didn't make it out in time before the Holiday Break, but all remaining orders will be shipped out of our warehouse by Tuesday.

Keyboard arrived 12/17. I got the MX clears and I'm very happy with it... except that the LED on the 2 key appears to be DOA. I popped the keycap off and yep, the light is out, nobody home. Has anybody else experienced dead LEDs on this drop?

barleyI finally received my keyboard with MX Greens, and my Home key isn't quite DOA, but does flicker and go out basically every second. I'm assuming it will die in the next day or two.

Our warehouse team just received the remaining units this evening! All that’s left is to break the order down and prepare your individual orders for shipment. We are aiming to get everything out the door by Wednesday. Once everything is shipped, tracking confirmation emails will follow.

I used to wonder when I read about complaints of Massdrop's customer service. And it's true; they're pretty lousy at responding to emails (More specifically, the "Contact Support" link under the Transactions page). Or at the very least, it's hit and miss. It's been a week and I still haven't heard a response to a simple question about my order. It would be nice if I got some sort of acknowledgement. Even if it was "hey, we're really swamped but we'll get back to you by ____". Disappointed.

My package was shipped on December 8 and the last tracking update I received was on December 12 processed in ISC NEW YORK NY(USPS) in transit to destination, but haven't received anything since. I'm in Canada is this time frame normal?

FYI all, buying direct from wasd cost me $40 more, in my own currency (AUD). This included $50USD for postage, and they confirmed i'd receive the keyboard on December 21. Was shipped within a day, it's now with fedex priority.
Weigh this up with the delay, massdrops communication and lack of giving a stuff, and how much your time and disappointment is worth.

I have had my keyboard since Saturday the 12th and have to say I really do like it. I bought it with the MX clears and I really like the feel of them, but there definitely is some ping to them, more than I was expecting, especially at this price point. But I have to say, the LED color with the white plate is really attractive. Overall I'm pleased with it, I get a little tick sound on the right side of the spacebar, but I'm going to take a look at that and see if I can make an adjustment, seems like there might be a little play with the stabilizer bar on that end.
I would be curious if others with different switches are having the ping as well.
