I hope CM tries to make up for this in some way. They (or at least some of their employees) seemed to be interested in reaching out to the keyboard enthusiast community in the past, especially with soliciting input on the NovaTouch board (there were CM reps posting actively on various keyboard discussion boards). This situation, however, sounds like the same company not paying attention to an order because it was a one-off. Presumably they didn't have a problem taking our money though... Nice way to piss of 384 of your (potentially) most vocal and passionate customers .
