sl.dumasI can't definitively tell from the picture, but it looks like that board has Green keys, which was the only key style I found available for this board when I was looking online from mid-October until mid-November, so it's entirely possible that this board was secured sometime in the last few months (or had been sitting in the LAN organizers hands even before that). (In my opinion the Green keys are less desirable than Browns, FYI.)
