Anyone else got this? "I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but it has been brought to our attention that the sandals you ordered have become backordered. I'm afraid we don't know if more inventory will become available. As we're unable to guarantee that we will receive this item, we've cancelled your order and issued a full refund to your original payment method." I was looking forward to getting these... :(

SSX999I got it too. Danner is sold out on the website and I called them and they told me next time it will be in stock will be in November. I think I can wait that long for 30 dollars off.

Is Drop an authorized retailer for Danner? If something is wrong or I just don't like the product when I get it, what is the return policy? According to Danner:

If you purchased from a Danner retailer, please return your items to the original place of purchase. If, for any reason, they are unwilling to accept your return, please contact us.
Since there are no reviews about this new item anywhere I can see, I'm not likely to buy without the ability to return it.

I hope that there is a second run with these. I love my other Danner products, and would have joined this drop if my size was still in stock.

I wear a size 15-16 so it still does me no good sadly.
I love the look of them.
And knowing Danner these are worth the money because of their reputation for quality.

TurboyetiThey are brand new so no reviews anywhere. I also wonder how tolerant they are to water or if they are not intended for beach wear.
