They look like speaker terminals. This is like a power pass-through. It looks like you have your initial amp connected to this vu meter and then connect the vu meter to the speakers - connected all through speaker wiring.

I just bought one of these on Amazon last week. You have to readjust the gain and sensitivity for every album you play. I thought it would be cool but it’s just a toy that looks dope.

Same thoughts here, I had the Fosi LC30 VU meter. One track would barely move the meters, adjust the sensitivity and then the next song the meters would be max'd. Just a toy that looked dope, had to return that unit.
