Received yesterday. Got a defective LED in the underlighting in the front, right under the down arrow key.
Reached out to customer service last nite...will see how this goes.
** update** just got an email from customer service (quick response), and there's still inventory, so they'll ship out a new unit. they opened up an RMA, and emailed a UPS return label for the defective keyboard. fingers crossed on the replacement...
**update 2** got the replacement unit today (9 days after the original unit arrived), and looks good so far. will play with it for a bit and then send back the original unit. thanks to massdrop for taking care of the issue quickly.
Just curious, if you have the keyboard still have you tried loosening the screws? I know it's not the same area as the others usually have when their LEDs are broken but it's worth a try.
