Just got mine, with one defective LED and one weird keycap (the Fn key barely lets any light through). After contacting support, I was only offered a full refund or I could keep the defective board and get a meager $30 refund. This after waiting 5 months for this board. Just a waste of time and money. EDIT: Support contacted me a few days ago to offer a replacement, but it hasn't shipped yet. Will update when something happens. EDIT: It's been a month since I contacted support, and they still haven't shipped the replacement. Last week I was notified the replacement was about to be shipped. Today, after contacting support, they told me it was backordered. At this rate, maybe I'll get a replacement next year, if at all. My original board had Cherry browns, but since they don't have those in inventory I was willing to accept a replacement with Halo Clears, which means I lose an additional $25. And yet they still don't send the replacement. Would give zero stars if I could. (2018-10-24) EDIT: Just got a shipment notice for the replacement. Hopefully the QA has improved. I really like the keyboard and QMK is awesome. But Masssdrop QA and customer service needs to improve a lot. (2018-11-21) EDIT: Finally, after a number of customs delays, I got the replacement unit. All is fine with this one. Love it.

lebrunHave you gotten a reply from support yet? I haven't and I'm hoping they're not just going to let this blow past without any fix or replacement :P

Arbalest007I wrote to support last night, so far I only got an automated response stating my request would be directed to an engineering team. I would be fine with just a PCB replacement, since all the other parts are perfectly fine (and I don't mind doing the replacing)

lebrunTry loosening the screws along the back with the included keycap puller. The keycap puller twists apart for the Alan wrench. Had the same issue and loosening the screws fixed it.

Ashen924150Some of the screws were really tight, but unfortunately, it didn't work. Thanks anyway. On a side note, I think my Fn key needs replacing, the light seems to be blocked.
