Keycap quality and support issues
I loved the design for these keycaps and decided the pull the trigger on ordering them. When they arrived all the keycaps looked great except for the left bracket key which had been stained by pink dye. I was a little annoyed but filed a support ticket to try see if this could be fixed. I was told by support that they would contact the supplier and would let me know when the replacement would be shipped to me. I waited for several weeks with no updates. I finally emailed support back asking if there were updates and advised this had been shipped to me already and that the only option would be to send the full keycap set in for warranty. This was frustrating both because this is the only keyboard/keycap set I have, but also because nothing was sent to me regarding tracking so have no way of verifying the delivery.

The tracking provided by our vendor shows that the replacement key has been lost in transit. We are reaching out to provide the tracking number and resolve this for you quickly.
