Since its introduction last year, the PC38X has been one of the community’s favorite gaming headsets. Whether it’s that 15th zoom meeting of the day or the 2am grind to platinum, the clear and punchy sound signature makes them a pleasure for both work and play. And while they’re comfortable enough to let you get it all done on those long days, not everyone was in love with the distinctive black and yellow colorway.
To those who let us know they wanted something just a little more sleek and professional looking, your requests have been heard.
We have worked with EPOS (the artist formerly known as Sennheiser gaming) to create an all black version of the PC38X. No other tinkering required, so you can expect the same great audio and comfort as before, but with a stealthy new look and the new EPOS branding.

A very well made and comfortable headset, with high quality audio and mic. My one issue is the mic picks up every sounds coming from the speakers on the headset. I understand they are an open back format, but never expected it to be so sensitive. After fiddling with settings and adding a foam filter to the mic it has gotten better. Im having some issues with this Headset and i dont know how to fix it. The Headset is plugged into a Shiit Fulla and goes directly into the back of my pc. The microphone is picking up/sending out system audio (videos, music, gaming sounds, discord etc.)
The Problem here is, that its not the Fulla, ive tried another headset and there i literally have 0 Problems with the system sounds picking up. The system sounds even get picked up when the microphone is hardware muted so it has to be some sort of windows setting or i dont know. What can i do to fix this? I cant go into discord voice chats like this because my friends hear themselfs

Hi all
When using the pc38x with an ipad 5th gen sound can stop/cut out if there is a bit of movement. No issue when using with my older (2012) imac.
is this issue with the ipad due to how this hp / cable guy is wired?
quite a disappointment in that regard
any info would be appreciated

I play fps games and it's really great for pinpointing where people are. If Drop has it in stock, you’ll most likely get it. So far, news of Epos seems to be based on one former employee’s post, so take it with a grain of salt. If it’s true, any warranty support is up in the air.

"Though the company has stated that it will continue to support customers and sell off inventory of existing products in the coming months. That self-off process is expected to take a decent bit of time, with Epos expecting it to stretch in to 2024."

I've had this headset for quite sometime and it works great, but suddenly, the mic stopped working. Other mics work with my pc just fine, but this mic` no longer gets picked up on an apps including realtech audio interface and even the control panel. I was wondering if there was any way I could fix this or any ideas as to what the problem could be?

I have 2 problems. My mic is extremely quiet and my headphones are also extremely quiet. I have done everything to try and solve this. When I plugged them into my phone both the mic and the headphones sounded amazing. So it is a problem with my motherboard. Any advice?
