No knife, no response, no service. I ordered my Gent on Dec 16, 2019. The expected ship date was March 13, 2020. That came and went. Finally, I after checking the "tracking" info numerous times I saw the info had been updated with "Failed attempt". It further said, "left notice (no authorized recipient available)". I never got a notice, and I'm self-employed and work from home. I've emailed to no avail. Message said it might take 5-7 days to respond. It has been longer. DROP is now 2/3 fails. I won't order again - it's too bad because I like thier website and their offerings.

This knife was being delivered by a carrier through the Netherlands from China apparently. The tracking tool blows. Couldn’t even get it to work until I opened it on my laptop.
Thats when I realized it said that delivery was attempted, but no authorized person was available. Wtf? Since when do I need to be home to receive a package? Where was this key info when I purchased?
I emailed DROP. The response was that I should go to the usps and try to find the knife. I told them, is that your job? Finally I demanded my money back.
Thats 2 out of 3 shitty experiences using DROP. I’m done.
