Nearly 4 years ago, we gave our community a chance to create an all-new keycap set. After a sitewide contest with several incredible submissions, a winner was crowned: DSA 2077, by community member Glimy. Now, this eye-catching contest winner is back with expanded kits to fit a wider range of boards. Manufactured by Signature Plastics from doubleshot ABS material, the Drop + Glimy DSA 2077 Custom Keycap Set showcases the same sci-fi inspired designs, bright colors, and DSA profile as the original. Now, it’s available in a host of new kits—including a Planck and Preonic Kit, expanded Hobbyist Kit, and much more—for layouts large and small.
Uniform DSA Profile, One-of-a-Kind Legends
Produced by Signature Plastics—one of the industry’s premier keycap manufacturers—our DSA 2077 keycap set is sculpted in DSA profile, which is distinguished by its relatively low and uniform height across each row. Thanks to this uniformity, our DSA 2077 keycaps are highly compatible with a wide range of keyboards—like ErgoDox, Planck, and more—as long as they have Cherry MX switches or clones. Made from doubleshot ABS plastic, they’re vivid, lightweight, and durable, too. Most importantly, many of them feature custom legends, which were created with brand-new toolings. For our first-ever contest winner, we wanted nothing less.
Planck & Preonic Kit
The Planck & Preonic Kit contains keycaps to cover a wide range of ortholinear keyboards, including our Planck and Preonic models. It includes deep-dish F/J keycaps, as well as a pair of 1u blank keycaps and a pair of 2u blank keycaps for spacebar coverage.
60% & 65% Kit
The 60% & 65% Kit contains keycaps to fit a wide range of compact layouts. It includes the standard bottom row configuration, together with split backspace keycaps, split right-side shift keycaps, and deep dish F/J keycaps. A 6.25u spacebar and arrow keys are also included.
75% & Tenkeyless Kit
The 75% & Tenkeyless kit contains keycaps to fit a wide range of 75% and tenkeyless layouts. It includes the standard bottom row configuration, together with split backspace keycaps, split right-side shift keycaps, and deep dish F/J keycaps. A 6.25u spacebar, F13 keycaps, and arrow keys are also included.
Numpad Kit
The Numpad Kit contains keycaps to cover the majority of numpad layouts.
Hobbyist Kit
The Hobbyist Kit contains a selection of keycaps to cover lesser-used layouts. It includes keycaps for UK-ISO coverage, a 7u spacebar and bottom row for HHKB layouts, and Alice space bars.
