Sennheiser PC37X randomly goes bad after disconnecting the cable ?
Greetings, Yesterday I was using my headset like normal with my macbook, just listening to music and on a call with people like usual, and the headset was perfectly fine. - Run the balanced XLR connectors to the THX789, and run the 3.5mm to the SE on the THX, with the SE Pass either going to the Monitors (if the THX let me control the volume) or a Shiit SYS.
- Connect the 3.5mm on the SDAC-B directly to the Shiit SYS which will out to the Monitors.
As is right now, I'm going to be using XLR to RCA connectors to run to my Shiit SYS for the Monitors and the 3.5mm to my SMSL sAP IV (an awesome small AMP), until I can either afford the THX789 the next time it comes around or when I graduate (that or the next gen THX, I think there was some talk on Monoprice about a new one coming next year).
