Just chiming in to share a positive experience - this keyboard came pre-assembled and is easily my favorite keyboard I've ever used! I lubed all the key switches with krytox 105 and the action on them is amazing. The keycaps are silky smooth and a joy to type on. The markup jimdandy mentioned is a thing, but it's not too bad considering if I were to build my own board with these expensive key switches and buy an expensive aftermarket keycap set it would still be expensive and I'd be waiting for delivery of various parts.

80 dollar caps on a 130 dollar outdated board that only supports 3 pin switches, I don't see how any amount of modding could justify the 50% mark up.
