Price to value ratio inline with drops overpriced prices when it's original purpose was the opposite but hey who's counting, not the people at "Drop" who need to "Drop" their prices to match the goods they're slanging from China.

Hey everybody, I just lubed and modded my Drop Space Race. There were a few challenges that I ran into in regard to the bottom housings. It may be a specific challenge to the how they sit in the Drop Alt High Profile Case. Video is above^^^

One of my switches suddenly failed, I know that sounds weird but yea it just stopped registering (I was actually super confused at first, but upon further research I learned this is apparently a common issue with the Holy Panda's the switch looks perfectly fine but just doesn't do anything) so I contacted drops CS who were actually super helpful and they are sending my a free 5 pack of switches so I don't need to worry about returning the board or buying like a huge pack of them. Just a tip if anyone is having trouble with a switch or maybe you accidentally bent a pin just contact CS and they will take care of you, btw I got novel key creams in the board in the meantime until I can swap out that switch and go back to H. pandas and MT3 on linears feel amazing.

Can I somehow add the Apple keycaps set to this drop? The Susuwatari drop commands $60 for the extras kit which contains the option/cmd keys. Given advertised full Mac compatibility, feels like these keys should come with the board

I mean obviously the legend on the keycaps do not affect the keycode nor functionality. I just think its not good practice to advertise compatibility and not provide the corresponding legends

FalcunHow can legends affect compatibility if they do not affect functionality? I understand that Mac-specific legends are desirable to some, but let's be clear here: the hardware is compatible. It's not advertised as a keyboard with a Mac layout. It's advertised as a keyboard that is compatible with Macs.

I've included my full review and unboxing here. This keyboard is absolutely gorgeous. I love the MT3 keycaps, the Holy Pandas, the RGB, and it's simple Mac compatibility. The thing that I think holds it back is it's stabilizers. My space bar is super uneven when it comes to rattle. The left side is decently good...but the right side (and I hit space bar with my right hand) is suuuuper rattly. (I show this in the unboxing) But, all in all, super nice keyboard and I love it.

Just replaced my stabs with Zeal PC Authentic Cherry MX plate mount 6.25u space bar (Ordered them right after I got the keyboard) and its already a night and day difference, I diddn't even clip or lube them because I wanted to give them a few days of wear in first so I just threw them in dry but honestly it doesn't even really need it. Def a recommend mod for anyone picking this up, it was about 25 dollar but super easy and actually gives the entire board a feel and more importantly sound of a worthy 350+ keyboard, also no more rattlers!

Its so much better then it was stock, the stabs feel way more solid. I am familiar with that looseness you speak of and was really dis-pointed that it came with the bad stabs for such an amazing looking and otherwise feeling board, I'm so glad this fast and cheap mod completely rectified that issue. The sound and feel of those stock stabs was terrible on another level. I've done all my Zeal 2u's since the last post with a coat of Krytox and they feel amazing before I had just gotten to the spacebar.
The first night I had the keyboard I had nightmare about the sound of the stock stabs (not joking).

Just got this keyboard today. Anyone else have issues with the keys above the space bar also pushing the spacebar down? My B, N, and M keys, if hit at the right angle will push the spacebar down with them. Highly annoying.
