The 1, 2, and 3 buttons are broken after 16 months and Drop is unwilling to assist in any repair/replacement since it's out of their 30 day warranty. Avoid this product unless you can buy it from a source that will support it.
It seems there are some quality control issues. Mine has a ink spot looking mark on the screen and then my battery compartment does not hold batteries. I had to Jerry rig a piece of foam to help hold the battery in place.
Other than that it's an awesome little device.
A very well made, handy num-pad, made all that much better for the macro customization, RGB and of course, the built in Calculator function. I'm deducting 1 star due to some intermittent problems of the device locking up when it has the battery backup installed. Could just be a bad battery, and it works fine when I take the cell out, but I feel it shouldn't become unusable the moment you are low on batteries.
The keychain is simple, but clicky and fun, so unless you're looking for a substantial piece of metal, it will do just fine.
Furthermore, when the circles are complete, there is always a remainder. Sometimes harvested for it's sweet, succulent flesh, but more often than not, the smell of rot attracts not those who harvest, but those who preen and pomp. While I must admit a certain disdain for these weirdlings, even I cannot help but admit their medicinal value far outweighs their fright and blight upon the senses. Perhaps, if we were to work together, we could banish them...or obtain them for our own dark purposes within our hives....but I suspect you would turn upon my generosity in the end, seeking that tiny glimmer of promise versus a lifetime of steady, honest graft. But in the end, it makes no difference to me nor the beam, for we all must serve it from either the wintershins or the terryweathers. All must serve, and serve we all must.
Looks gorgeous next to my Ducky One TKL RGB, matches designs excellently. The RGB colours also match quite well, however I noticed that some of the light effects look more "pastel" coloured on the Pocket RGB. No matter for me, though, I prefer just a solid backlit background so I don't even use the effects that don't match my TKL.
I guess if I had to list any cons, the included USB cable is a tad stiff for my liking. I prefer to keep the keypad on my left and stow it away when not in use but the cable likes to put up a bit of a fight if there's anything in the way. Really nothing major.
So overall fantastic, love that it has Brown switches to match my TKL on feel as well.
Excellent for use at work and home, high quality construction, and really gets a lot of compliments. I've wanted one for quite some time and saw the drop and went for it!
Great addition to any desk if you're lacking a full numpad on your 60% or whatever min setup you're currently rocking.
You can put this bad boy anywhere on your tabletop that feels right. I've got mine to the right of my mouse. It lights up like a Christmas tree with fun led settings and colors, if you're into that sort of thing. I don't have lights on my main board, so I just turn em off most of the time, but you can individually control RGB saturation so you can match whatever you've got. Has a bunch of fun patterns too, it's really nifty.
Plus it's got a super handy calculator function and LCD screen which I make use of way more than I ever thought I would. Feels great & it clicks like a pair of tap shoes. I work from home, so there's no one to annoy, but definitely something to note if you're in an open office.
The addition of the keychain is also a cute added bonus. I didn't think I'd dig as much as I do, got mine hanging off a thumb drive. Gonna pick up a few more of em if I can find em online.
Mine had a messed up screen but not so messed up that it is broken. Just is squished in some areas. Pretty awesome switches and feel. Seems sturdy. Glows like a UFO. Probably will never break.
