Durgod Aurora K320 TKL Mechanical Keyboard

My functions keys seem to have stopped working after ~3.5 months of little usage. What's the warranty claiming procedure @Durgod?

For what its worth, the bend is minor enough that I was able to just throw an expired gift card under the corner that seemed lifted and that was thick enough to keep it stable. Good enough for me since I'll never see it.

Anyone else get theirs and notice the keyboard rocks when sitting on a flat surface? It feels like sitting in a chair with one of the legs slightly too short. Happens no matter what height I set the back feet to, I think the case might be bent.
