Hello, I wanted to ask whether the connect "removable USB cable" means that I can unplug it from the keyboard, aka detachable cable. The keyboard I've received has no option to remove the cable nor did the 24switch package has arrived within the box.

Now 4 days. Seems as if I'm the only one affected. Massdrop support has responded once and hasn't again in 24 hours. Maybe they'll listen if I dispute my transaction with my credit card department.

It's been almost 3 days since I sent in a request about my key switches. I've ordered multiple times with MD and I've been super happy ever since, but getting a notice that their support is backlogged makes me think they are either understaffed or have a lot of problems, all of which are not exactly inspiring if I'm going to continue to order from them.

I sent in a request to the help center, but did anyone else not get their spare switches? In the box was one of each of the switch types (gray, purple and orange) but not 24 like advertised. The board seems nice though, and the included colored light bars are a nice addition I wasn't expecting. Hopefully MD can get out my switches!

Our vendor has informed us that the EpicGear Defiant Modular Mechanical Keyboard Pack will be available to them by next week. The vendor will be working hard to prepare this order for shipment and aim to ship the EpicGear Defiant Modular Mechanical Keyboard Pack from their location by the end of next week. We are currently on track for everything to be shipped out of our warehouse by the estimated ship date of 5/26.
Expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 5/5 or sooner if something comes up.

Thanks again for joining this drop! We have submitted the group's order with the vendor for the EpicGear Defiant Modular Mechanical Keyboard Pack and they are working hard to prepare it for shipment.
As soon as the group's order is ready at the vendor's location, they will send the bulk shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey where our warehouse team will break it up into individual orders and ship them. The current estimated ship date from our warehouse is 5/26.

b) No, there are no options listed. You just get 24 additional switches to play with, 3 of each type, again, in the description.
