Get my set, it is fully correct and I did have to pay VAT, but what can you do :)

alinhThe case is self made from wood. A bit under 0.9kg per side.
The TRRS cable is from dx.com/204017 thought the lead casing is huge, may not fit the acrylic cases (diameter is around 1cm).
Also noticed that my dox is much more silent with these caps + o-rings then WASD keycaps + o-rings. I just might have to get another set for the other keyboard :)
