Typing this on my newly assembled Ergodox! First time solderer here, everything was pretty simple and straight forward, even soldering the smd diodes (thin solder wire helps tremendously). The only issue I came across was when taking apart the usb connector - that thing is tough. I am just barely starting to get used to the standard qwerty layout suggested in the instructions but man is it ever so much nicer to type on than a membrane keyboard (first mechanical keyboard as well).
