I received my order, but the box cover arrived with a pretty big dent on it. I contacted customer support but no one has responded and it has been over a week. This is the second boardgame I've ordered from Massdrop that has arrived damage. The first one was only slightly damaged so I did not create a ticket but the damage on my Euphoria game has a dent that sinks in half of the box cover.
I'd wish to speak to someone to resolve this issue.

Great news group! The vendor has let us know that the group's order was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse now. Based on the tracking provided these are scheduled to come in 10/7. Our warehouse team has been forwarded tracking info and will be standing by, ready to get these packed up and turned around as soon as they come in.
Sometimes shipments get delayed en route, not to worry as we will keep the group posted throughout the process and notify you all if anything causes delay.

As soon as the group's order is ready at the vendor's location, they will send the bulk shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey where our warehouse team will break it up into individual orders and ship them directly to you! The current estimated ship date from our warehouse is 10/8.

I just got joined a local board gaming community 6 months ago and this by far my favorite game out of everything I've learned to play. This is a good price on this bundle, too.

This is a terrific worker placement game. One of the best. Lots of great choices, and scales well with different player counts. Great theme, too. EUPHORIA is one of my favorites, hands down. If you like to bling out your games, this isn't a bad deal.

I also have not played the game, but I backed the Treasure Chest when it was up on Kickstarter. That being said, I have not had any use for it since I got the thing. The resource tokens are nice and very good quality, I just haven't found a resource gathering game to utilize them with.

I don't know anything about the game, but I have the chest and the bits are wonderful. Really nice addition and useful for a number of games. :)
