These are fantastic.
I've burned up a number of athletic undies to some beautifully painful chafing on runs that were not excessively long. There's a special kind of pain that you can only get from the material fatigue induced chafe. It's a combination of the savage burn of the shower water on your blistered taint in combination with the stabbing sensation in your eardrums from the screams resonating inside the bathroom walls when you wash yourself after your run.
No amount of body glide can stop it but these, so far, have. These undies have stood up to everything I've thrown at them and keep going happily. Worth. Every. Penny.

About the most comfortable underwear I've ever worn. I really like some similar brands but these having a fly makes all the difference. I love them for backpacking. Dry really quick after getting wet and don't chafe. Ended up buying more pairs the next drop and after telling my dad about them ordered some for him. My fiance ended up trying the women's version and she loves those. Great product and I feel it's a great deal on massdrop.

I've bought about every type of boxer briefs from MassDrop in the last year. I'm looking for some all day comfort, perhaps with a gym session at lunch and Yoga, cardio, lifting and/or climbing in the evenings. These hold up well, comfortable enough and stay as dry as can be expected. My only issue with these, and what will deter me from buying future pairs is they do seem to insert themselves into areas I dont' want them (in the crack). Prefer the fit of the Saxx brand for this reason.

Hands down, the best underwear ever made. Extremely comfortable, breathable, supportive and lightweight.

I wanted to love these so badly. Fresh out of the box, they are indeed my dream underwear. Perfectly light and all the support I need. They look great and dry fast too. My problem came after I washed it for the first time. Even washing with cold water and air drying, these underwear, near the crotch, started to wear out prematurely in the form of little 'clumps' of fabric. These fabric 'clumps' would then attract one another and stick to each other like velcro, causing further premature wear. Before wearing each day I need to pull the legs away from the crotch to unbind these clumps. That said, I still wear these underwear but will eventually replace them with another brand. For what it's worth, I have tried about 5 other high end manufacturers in search of the perfect underwear.

SillyGoosieMe too! The first two times I wear these, they feel like the best underwear ever, but then they start pilling (those clumps) like mad until they're no longer comfortable. I wonder if it has something to do with the washing machine? Or if it's just friction. I think it's friction, because the pilling is way worse in the inner thighs where they rub together. BTW for me the perfect underwear that I eventually found was saxx... I think saxx vision, they sell them on here. They feel similarly light and breathable, but they don't pill at all.

I have 4 pair that I have been wearing for backpacking, kayaking, and other outdoor activities for over two years. I love them and if they ever wear out I will get some more. They do get the little "pills" like others have described. Mine got them after the first washing. But for me they did not affect the comfort. I don't even notice them any more and on inspection they are practically gone. They are easy to wash and dry quickly when you are on the go.

I have been using store bought ones for hiking, for years without any problem, but those as described under a number of other posts are not aging well at all. Are they bought directly from the brand, because it looks like counterfeit items ?

Became excessively pilly and scratchy after a few washes. Arc'teryx/Patagoina makes a much better pair of underwear. Fit is good, band is okay.

I've owned four pairs of these. Each one has started out unbelievably comfortable and then pilled (those little scratchy fabric clumps on the surface) really badly until they were no longer smooth and soft, usually after 4 or so wears.
