Are these supposed to be a light tactile like durock light tactiles? Are they supposed to be a stronger tactile switch like pandas/everglide oreo/zealios? Are they factory lubed? We are given so little information and you're charging $1 a switch.

PK_thundrI can't find much info on the Gugu Ice switches, but what I did find (a mention in ThereminGoat's review of the Everglide Water King switches - https://www.theremingoat.com/blog/everglide-v3-water-king-switch-review) looks... bad. There's a photo in there of the Gugu Ice stems breaking off inside MX keycaps.

I have those aqua linear switches, and they're very good, that's why I'm interested in these. I think those issues were fixed in the newer versions of the linear switches. But, there's no guarantee that the GUGU tactile stems will use the same dimensions as the linear ones, they might have those same issues in the first few revisions. I'm not going to risk spending this much on a mystery switch with no info.

Yeah, that image is definitely cause for concern. As of yet, I haven’t had anything like that happen to my aqua kings though. Maybe GUGU revised the design after that, but still too risky for me to bet on these.

Joey_SpacebarYeah... I have the aquas and I'm not sold on the idea of these being enough of an upgrade to consider.

PK_thundrthese are not made by the same company as the water kings. if you want a smooth light tactile use the water king housing with any panda clone stem.

Hello, I am the manager of SkrGuGu Studio.
First of all, I want to say that Shuiwang and our studio products are not produced by the same company.
Secondly, I read this link sent by you above. The reason for the fracture of the earliest batch of axial columns is that the material expands with heat and contracts with cold, and the cracking caused by the great temperature difference.
I took the above photo, and the specific reason is what I have explained in our country. And this was in November last year. It's been a year. Now the products have been improved without any problems. Otherwise, they wouldn't be randomly put on shelves and sold in stores. Moreover, my product is the only one on the market that feels similar to the Holy Panda, instead of the linear axis of Water King. That's all I want to say. You can leave me a message if you have any questions. Thank you for your support.

suichengbabaHow tactile are these switches? Are they on the higher range of tactile or are they lighter tactiles?

enigmaestroCould be wrong, but from the comment about them being similar to Holy Pandas, I’d say they’re probably on the higher end of the scale

enigmaestroIt feels like a normal holypanda, and its sound is relatively brittle.
