By the way, I'm a fan of Hamilton watches. I'm not wild about every design of course (this one for instance), but from a quality/craftsmanship/functionality point of view, they're among the best choices one can make without spending over the top money (something I'm against on principle). As for Hamilton prices, shop around! I found an especially good deal on my Murph at an independent jeweler, in a mall (of all places!) in the Philadelphia area.

Drop back in the watch game? Color me shocked--and more than a bit leery. Generally I'm not one to rain on one's parade, but anyone seriously considering plunking down $1,189 big ones for a watch, should look before they leap.
