jkaos92Same here. TBH, it really does look nice, but I don't see where the time is being spent to justify this price. Materials certainly aren't expensive.

jkaos92I'm still in for 1 topre I think because this is super unique but the price tag is a hard one to swallow indeed. I was expecting like $50 because that's what Ramage (the best spacebar artisan I know) charges for one of his but 70 is steep. I bought a bunch of them off of Idea23 (Busgamer) for $10, granted they're completely different from the one offered here but still.
I'm sure these'll sell plenty still, it's just that I was gonna to get a topre one + 6.25 in mx and this price wasn't part of the plan. I'm sure Hammer finds the cost to be warranted so it is perfectly understandable.

VigrithYeah I would justify it only if you are going for the Topre or the MX 6u because they are unique. Otherwise the price is really high, can't talk about the production cost/time, but i believe many people who wanted to join this will pass for this price.
I still have to join the Carbon SA and probably i will before the drop ends, probably i will go for /u/busgamer as well :D Even if the quality will be lower (not bad at all overall), at least is accessible.

jkaos92Same. I thought this would be a nice addition to the carbon set I already paid a lot for, but I really can't justify another $70 on one key, especially considering all the other buys I'm in right now. I have to call it quits at some point.
