Blacked out from head to toe, the IKBC MF-87 RGB Mechanical Keyboard is a sight to behold. And it makes an even stronger impression when held. The frame is made from a thick block of aluminum that weighs a hefty 4.5 pounds, so it won’t budge whether you’re typing out an angry email or messaging your clan. As for backlighting, the board puts on a show. With nine preset modes to choose from, and the ability to program each individual key to a different color, it can set the tone for your setup—no matter the color scheme.
Note: At checkout, choose between a black case with black keycaps and black plate, or silver case with white keycaps and white plate. You will also have your choice of switches from the following options: Cherry MX Black, Blue, Brown, or Red. All keyboards on this drop will be delivered with improved QC. This includes mylar between the PCB and bottom case to resolve any short circuit/LED issues experienced with previous batches.

Cherry MX Switches, Customizable Layout
Outfitted with your choice of Cherry MX switches, the MF-87 offers a typing experience to satisfy a wide range of users. The shine-through PBT Doubleshot keycaps are built to resist the shine that comes from oils on your hands and fingers, and they’ll last a lifetime. Thanks to 100-percent anti-ghosting and full-key rollover technology you can click multiple keys simultaneously without worrying about complications. The keyboard also features three built-in layouts including Qwerty, Dvorak, and Colemak, in addition to onboard memory, so you can setup macros and bring them wherever you go.
