I got an email today, 02-Sep-2021 around 1:15 pm CST saying
"It's here! Thanks for requesting the IKBC MF108 Aluminum RGB Mechanical Keyboard V3! We thought you'd be happy to know that it's available."
But here it still not active. Could you please update what's the latest status is?
Is anyone having problems getting light settings to save? Are there any solutions? Mine appears to have reset itself after each shutdown.
Also a bit confused that the manual says keycaps are ABS but the item description says PBT. I'm a bit new to mechs so not sure I'd know either way.
Miky2147Hello, assuming google translate is accurate - the fix I found was to change the USB port I connected to. Some of them work and some of them don’t, not sure what causes it.
so for anyone else that stumbles into this - i just confirmed - they were allowed to lie to you again. this thing has absolutely NO ability to create macros of any kind... no key reassignment.. nothing.
i dont know how ikbc keeps getting allowed to do this. this time, it was an excessive lie - "on board memory to record macros" is not even marketing spin - thats just flat out a lie.
so - any chance for clarification on the "macros" statement? how are macros created? is this a software or hardware solution? what capabilities does it have (ie: key remapping, etc)
Has anyone tried to swap out the PCB inside this keyboard for another Ducky styled model?
Just curious to know because I do have several White and Clear switched full sized keyboards with broken keyboard casings (kids fighting).
Would be good to reuse some old keyboards here to replace the limited switch models currently selling here on MassDrop (refuse to use DROP).
Greetings... Do the corners/edges of the keycaps roll off nicely to the side surfaces or are they abrupt like the keycaps which come with recent Duckys? Those sharper edges get uncomfortable after a while.
