If you are in Canada, I would NOT order this. It has been over a month since they "shipped" my package and I have not received it. The tracking number they provided stopped working and they have not been able to tell me why in nearly 2 weeks. I contacted DHL myself and they replied in 2 days saying that they never received a package for the tracking number.
This is an issue that many Canadians seem to be having, and Massdrop has done a pretty poor job of handling it. I'd find some other way to get an ergodox at this point.
EDIT: From reading more comments, it seems the people that have received their kits have had a lot of issues with quality control. So that, combined with the level of support I have received from Massdrop, makes me think it isn't worth ordering this for anyone in any country.

PazuruI'm in exactly the same situation. I thought I might be the only one but this is ridiculous. With enough testimonial of this happening, I think we have the grounds for issuing a chargeback to Massdrop. I was honestly so excited for my Ergodox but this whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.

PazuruAnother Canadian with the exact same issue as Pazuru. If you are located in Canada I would hold off on ordering until Massdrop figures out what the issue with shipping to Canada is because it seems like there are a lot of Canadians that haven't received their keyboards.

WayneTApr 22, 2016 is the date on my transaction. That was the first day of the last drop. So almost exactly 6 months.

PazuruDHL sucks bad, in my experience. Even my domestic US delivery took 15 days on the last drop, and DHL's tracking info was terrible - delayed, confusing, sometimes just wrong.
If you are still missing your shipment, and DHL is claiming they never got it, AND Massdrop support isn't being responsive, then I would waste no more time and start a chargeback (also contact MD one more time informing them of your immediate intent to protect your investment by contacting your bank/credit card provider).

PazuruI am also missing my dox and shipped over a month ago and DHL number is no longer valid, contact massdrop and they said to keep an eye on this thread... really best answer you could give?  keep an eye for updates!!  not very happy..

PazuruI am in the same boat, waiting for the update on the Canada shipping situation.
Sorry Pazuru, but I do have to disagree with you.
I have an Infinity Ergodox from the 1st drop well over a year ago and I waited almost 9 months past the expected shipping date. The delay was mostly related to acts of God "floods at the fabrication factories", etc and not Massdrop's fault.
Keep in mind that they are sourcing all of these parts from a variety of vendors and combining these so we don't have to. Since this is not a single vendor, mistakes will be made. I haven't had to use Support myself before this but from the reviews online, it looks like Massdrop stands by their products and ships the replacement parts out quickly.
The bottom line: This keyboard is WORTH the cost.
This drop will be my second one and I love my work one. I type on it 40+ hours a week and I never want to use any other keyboard. It kills me to have to use a regular ergonomic keyboard at home.
Ask a Mechanic how much he spends on tools, and think about how much you really want to get Carpal Tunnel or RSI later in life. I look at these keyboards as an investment in my health and comfort.

pcallaghanI don't have a problem with the cost, or I wouldn't have bought it. I have a problem being strung along while being left in the dark. They gave us dates, said our keyboards were shipped and gave us tracking numbers. Those tracking numbers stopped working and after contacting them I've been told to wait for nearly 2 weeks without any information from them about what is going on. I contacted DHL myself and they responded in 2 days saying they never received the package. So the only situations I can come up with from this are that either Massdrop lied about shipping the keyboards, DHL is lying about never receiving them or somehow they all got lost somewhere in between.
This is an issue affecting a large amount of people, and Massdrop has done literally nothing to explain what is going on.

PazuruIf the DHL tracking info is gone and you've had no updates since the 20th or so of September then just reply back. They sent out the package the next day.

PazuruMy back and forth with them started on the 6th of October, they said to wait a week till the end of the 3wk window for delivery to Canada. I did, and emailed them on the 14th when the DHL page changed to the 'delayed' notice. They said to wait till the 20th. I poked them again on the 18th and the new package was shipped ON Oct 20th.

Pazuru6 weeks since I was told I would have a tracking number as well and mother after several follow ups so I cancelled my order as well. A shame as I was really looking forward to it. Good news is the true fox I order a mo th and a half later has already arrived looks in great shape and came via dhl to Canada with no problems....
