Guy123Unfortunately Keycool no longer uses Cherry switches due to pricing. They wanted to keep making boards and were unable to do so for a reasonable price if they were to stick with Cherry.
Kalih have a bad rep, but I think it's worth giving KC a chance as their build quality in the past has always been great.
KatushkinI was under the impression that the availability of authentic cherry switches in China was the reason that they switched, not because of pricing.
RemedyThat is what I remember too but they are still producing some boards with cherry switches, if I remember correctly. So I am guessing products that are less profitable will be sold with kailh switches. Not a bad move to prioritize cherry switches on the products that people will consistently buy.
