Bruno28Yeah I would say so for you. Not for those of us in the US though... Even if the cost comes out about the same, I don't buy from Drop to get the same price I could elsewhere, you know what I mean? If I'm going to wait on a drop it should be a significant discount.

Joined the drop, then found it on Levenger's site for five dollars cheaper. Big oof.

For me (in NY), with shipping on their site it would come to $59.36
With tax here it comes to $63.72
Only downside is limited quantity and medium nib only, on the manufacturer's site.
But it you want medium anyway, you'd get it cheaper and WAY quicker, I'm sure.

Storage box broke the first time I closed it. Mass drop wouldn’t replace it. Levenger said I had to deal with Massdrop. Ridiculous!

I have two different Levenger pens and both developed "baby's bottom" nib so it gives me some trepidation to grab another one. It took a few weeks for Levenger to send a replacement for each. The nibs when working are gratuitous gushers, in my experience. If you like some cleanliness and "forgiveness" on your nibs, I'd stay away from Levenger and grab a TWISBI or Kaweco instead.

I ordered this one in the January 2018 drop, and on that drop, the price went down to 59.99, and the shipping (to Israel) was only 8.75, so I was very happy with the total price, and also quite satisfied with the pen once it arrived.
The nib definitely writes like a full Medium nib, certainly not like any Fine I have ever used. I love the look of the pen , and the weight and balance in my hand. I also enjoy the fact that this nib does not dry out, even when I have it sitting for a few weeks without writing. On the other hand, the Tech 3.0 I got last year seems to constantly have drying out problems and the nib does not write nearly as smoothly or freely as this Aero-D does.
