slappomatt“Dead"? Really?
Most rechargeable electronics still come with Micro-USB including nearly every rechargeable LED Flashlight out there.
Granted, USB-C is where we are headed. And sure, some laptops and mobile phones have begun including it. But everything else that is rechargeable is still Micro. C is nowhere near ubiquitous enough to call Micro “dead” yet. And you can’t beat Micro where space is at a premium, like small electronics.
I do not recommend buying this, the electronic side switch is poorly made and will stop working after light use. Lumintop offers NO support either as of writing this review Oct 18 2018. Light works good for the first hour of use but after that good luck.
MajorSiriusIf you are looking for a really powerful flashlight I picked up a "Emisar D4S" after researching a lot on budgetlightforums and candlepowerforums and have been seriously impressed by it. It's actually so powerful it can be used as a firestarter, causing leaves to start smoking after being held near for a fear seconds on turbo. Around $70 for 5000 lumens, really far throw been using it for many months now and still works good
I’m seeing two 5000 mAh batteries for $15 on Amazon.
EBL 3.7V 26650 5000mAh Lithium Rechargeable Batteries for Flashlight Vapor, 2 Packs

UPDATE: I'm sooooo tempted here. But I just received my Copper Prince and have the Brass Reylight AA coming. So...I...Must...Resist...
Amazon sells 26650 batteries both with a button top and with a flat top. Will either style work, or is one style required ? If one style is required, MD should have specified that since they are NOT providing a battery.
CoachCarlNot quite, I would look at some of the "soda can" style lights. They should have enough lumens to do the job. I also assume you need more of a floody light, since she won't be too far away when you are trying to illuminate her heart of darkness. The throw on this light is overkill for the job.
