Product Description
Made for the EDC Community, the Massdrop Brass AAA Pocket Flashlight is about the size of a tube of chapstick—but it pumps out 110 lumens and casts a beam as far as 154 feet (with the CREE XP-G2 R5 LED). Despite measuring less than 3 inches long, it weighs 1.5 ounces for a substantial feel in the hand Read More

I just got mine today and the tail switch is sticking. Is there any way to fix the sticky switch. By the way, I bought it before i read these comments. I thought it would be just like the Lumintop and I have had great quality with them.

just opened and installed aaa but dosnt seem to work. I tried putting the negative side of the battery on the spring and it just didnt work. They i tried it the other way and it started to get hot. Am i missing something? I waited a couple mins each time like the instructions say. Really disappointing Update *fixed it. battery was brand new but bad i guess. even though it worked in another flashlight.*

Also got one (blue version) in a bounty box. It's never worked - not even once. I've cleaned all contacts multiple times and it's never turned on.

Where can I get a spare brass colored clip? I know County Comm sells black ones but I want the original brass.

Thinking about buying one? DON'T. I got mine from the mystery box awhile back and it never worked. Day 1 I had issues with it not turning on, or the button turning on the flashlight 2 minutes after pressing it. Smacking it seems to be just as reliable for turning it on as pressing the button lol. Based off the comments this is a regular issue with this crap. Don't waste another minute thinking about buying this junk.

The back cap switch on mine just up and died. Swapped on another from a second I own and no problem... Anyone know where to source a brass back cap switch?

I've had the Nichia version for 11 months. I've used it every day. I've even dropped it a few times on a hardwood floor. Mine has worked flawlessly. The reviews have been good and its reputation in the forums is strong. Reading the comments here though... Is this a vocal minority who had problems or did I just get lucky? For those who had problems, which version is it?
