I am extremely disappointed in the quality control on this product. See the attached photos. The holes for the screws on the feet do not align with the holes on the legs, so the screws can’t be put in place. I can only screw in one or two screws of four on each leg. I dismantled my existing desk to make space for this and now I have no idea what to do.

joseph.jaramillo 8/24/2018 update: 17 days since this defective product arrived. I managed to get a prepaid label from Massdrop, but they refused to arrange pickup, despite me explaining I don't have a way to get this large desktop to a UPS office.
I spoke with UPS and paid - out of pocket - to have the desktop picked up. Of course, UPS gave me an 8 hour window, and I was out (for half an hour) and missed them. Supposedly they're coming back later today.
I explained to Massdrop I expected to be reimbursed for the pickup. This is just an unbelievably poor customer service experience. This many years into running their service I would have expected a better customer support infrastructure. So, so disappointed in this company.
