SA in ABS is heaven on the fingertips
I'm really happy with this set. It's dark, edgy, and curvy- just like me in high school. As a big fan of TKLs, I would love to see more MiTo colorways come as TKL standalones. As someone who previously used PMK's soft and cloudy PBT Ice Caps, I prefer the ABS.

These are brilliant looking key-caps with a great quality feel to them, they look excellent off a keyboard as well as on one. The plastic feels like it's made from a good quality and much smoother to the touch than I expected, something for me to get used to. This product loses a star due to two things; an imperfection caused by molding and the packaging. There are visible white marks and chunks on a number of the key-caps caused by what I assume to be the breaking/snapping of the key-cap out of their molds. If you've ever stretched/broken a plastic tab on a plastic model kit before, you will have seen the sort of damage I am referring to. A good number of the keys as a result have various sizes of small chunks taken out of them by this process. It's a small detail that you only notice holding the keys and looking at them. Thankfully though it's not noticeable on your keyboard, but it's a detail you certainly notice when you spend roughly $1.25usd per key-cap. The other reason I deducted a star is the packaging. These came crammed in a small plastic zip lock bag. Again, it's a nitpick but this TKL set (plus the extras bought in another drop) cost around the same as a GMK drop I purchased. The difference is that came delivered in a cardboard sleeve with the caps kept in a plastic shell. Below is a picture of the set on a Massdrop CTRL, a blue key with some of the worst damage and a black one with the average result I saw from the molding process. Overall, a brilliantly designed key-cap set with a definite feel of quality to them, just don't expect perfection on the molding and packaging.

NinjamanAwayI have a SP keycap set (dsa legacy) and so does my friend (dcs midnight). We both have this issue as well. Seems to be a common thing for SP ABS keysets. It really is unfortunate but not the biggest deal because, yeah, as you said, you can't see it when it's on the board.

hananiasamaanHonestly, there are many where you can barely notice the damage, then there are others as seen in the picture that are really large and noticeable. If it was consistently as small as some are, I wouldn't mind quite as much. But when you see just how clean the breakoff can be then you see ones like I have shown, then it kinda shows that it can be somewhat avoided. As I said, it's a minor thing that is not noticeable in use. It also hard to avoid completely but based on what I have seen, large chunks of damage similar to the blue one are avoidable.

Great set
The color is nicer in real life. It always looks more blue or green than it really is. My caps arrived with no issues but the packaging is awful. Took forever to get here because Drop uses fedex smartpost, I should've ordered from Amazon instead.

Great but why is it thrown in a plastic bag
Keycaps are solid and make a great experience for typing and gaming. Each keystroke is very satisfying. However, that being said, the keycaps are packaged in just a plastic bag. Some of the keys seemed scuffed and it looks like some greasy hands handled it. Had to wipe down some of the keycaps. Even 20 dollar amazon keycaps come neatly packaged

Yet another "massdrop special"
Mold marks all over most of the keys in the package. Most keys look like the skirts are actually chipped. I suspect massdrop bought some factory seconds and passed them off as new. Edit: I've been through every keycap in the set now, and every single one has a chip or a mold defect. These are ABSOLUTELY factory seconds being passed off as new product. Downgraded to 1 star. I have no idea how massdrop has even started to sell products they don't even produce in a lower quality than everyone else.

Good caps, unacceptable packaging and condition
These caps feel and sound great, no complaints there. The problems occur when they come in a zip lock bag all touching each other. Mine arrived scratched, scuffed, and appear like they may have been used before, as they were very smudged and have weird marks on the tops of the caps. I would probably recommend either a different product or that you purchase these elsewhere.

Keycaps are good, but packaging was terrible.
The Ziplock baggie was ripped and a lot of the keys had scuffs and marks. A lot of keycaps had chips on the front. Drop really needs to sort the packaging out. For expensive keycaps they should at least have a protective layer around the zip lock and not stuff all keys in one bag.

I've bought cheaper sets with better quality control.

For $110, the quality of this set was disappointing. I opted to return the set, once I got ahold of customer support. The Good
  • This is the first SA profile set I've tried and I like the feel of it.
  • The color scheme is pleasant and one of the main reasons I bought this set.

The Bad As many others pointed out, the set was shipped with all of the keys crammed into a small plastic bag, which increases the chances of defects being introduced after packaging. There were a few keys with scuff marks/defects on the side faces (sorry, no picture), but weren't noticeable unless you were looking for them. The Ugly
  1. As I unbagged the keys, the first thing I noticed was that there are noticeable chips on the front edge of several keys. These keys sit higher above the board than other sets I've owned and given the color contrast between the blue caps and my black keyboard, any imperfection on the front of the key is more pronounced (gang of 6 and arrow keys are most noticeable). I get that there will be imperfections due to the molding process, but a simple fix would've been to rotate the keys 180° so that defects would appear on the back edge and won't be visible when viewing the keycaps from typical viewing angles.
  2. Additionally, I also discovered that my set was missing the "P" key, but had an extra "U" key.

Other
  • These keys seemed to sit higher above the board (larger gap between the board and bottom of key) than other sets I've owned, so imperfections on the front edge of the keys are more obvious.

Looks Great
Like stated in other comments, the packaging was pretty bad considering how much these cost. The imperfections at the base are disappointing too.
