I ordered this headset as part of a work from home situation and neglected to ask for expedited shipping. The item shipped about 5 days after the estimated ship date, and the delivery has been pushed 3 times. I contacted support days before it shipped to ask for help with getting a faster delivery option since I fully understand the global pandemic will affect things, but they never got back to me. I don't even have the product in-hand and I know for a fact I won't be buying from Drop again, nor can I recommend them to a friend.
Dude_EsquireHey, completely understand your frustration here and mine arrived a good couple of weeks late as well. With that being said, a lot of places that offshore their customer support are in a bad place at the moment. As an example, I work in tech and only about 30% of vendor support teams have broadband internet at home, and even less were able to get a laptop with corporate access. In all likelihood this plus USPS and other shipping services being significantly delayed was the culprit.
Outside of COVID times, I've never had an issue with shipping or customer service. I think you should give them another chance, these are pretty unprecedented times.
