They answered my ticket yesterday about an au plug they told me to go to a local retailer of there products in my country and they should be able to order the part (UK plug) from them.
Hi all, we just wanted to share more info on the two products. Whilst they are not mutually exclusive and can certainly work standalone- the best set up to drive your HD 6XX is to have both. Let us explain why:
THE ENDGAME SET UP- ZEN DAC Signature + ZEN Can Signature 6XX + Drop HD 6XX (TL;DR) Your Sennheiser HD6XX headphones give you a smooth, laid-back presentation. Its neutral response provides a pleasant listening experience with any music genre. Though connecting to a laptop or average digital converter/headphone amplifier will always mean the last 20-30% of the full potential is not fully realised. The 'endgame' solution is the iFi dedicated ZEN DAC Signature and ZEN CAN Signature 6XX. These premium versions of the ZEN series were uniquely developed for Drop customers. This magical combination means Drop HD 6XX* enjoyment is ‘turbocharged’ to eleven:
ZEN DAC Signature gives far superior music enjoyment from TIDAL Masters to Spotify. Instead of average audio quality in your phone, tablet or laptop you get music quality that befits the best setups. Built with the best components such as Sanyo OSCONs, it is a premium version of our ZEN DAC
ZEN CAN Signature 6XX is the only one on the market with dedicated equalisation and 15v@300 Ohms output power. Both of which are a bit special. All underpinned by boutique components such as Elna Silmics II.
Before, your HD6XX sounded a bit like using a Mini to pull an Airstream.

You are moving, but always wishing if you could ‘floor it?’ With the iFi combo, as the saying goes, ‘there is no replacement for displacement’ so the ZEN DAC Signature and the ZEN CAN Signature give you turbocharged sound quality AND oomph to properly drive your Sennheiser HD6XX.

When you ‘drive’ your Sennheiser HD6XX with the premium DAC & CAN Signatures, the full potential will be realised. We are talking 15v at 300 Ohms which gives the poise and power not found anywhere else. *Please see Compatibility chart to check other models.
I actually was able to pick up the Signature stack for $170 each on ebay costing $340 which I find more reasonable. already owning the regular IFI Zen Can and Dac stack, I was able to compare the sound difference. After going back and forth with both stacks, I must say the Signature Can does sound much better then the regular Can. I can hear the sound is fuller and brighter on the Signature stack and the bass is also more pronounced. I needed to have bass boost on all the time on the original Zen Can, to get what is the normal sound of the Signature Can, which offered a richer fuller sound. I actually shipped back the normal IFI Zen Can/Amp back.
I have a Topping A30 / Radsone ES100 setup right now. Looking to kick it up a bit. Headphones are HD6XX & Meze 99 Classics.
Struggling to decide between this iFi Signature Can (and a Zen DAC) or a Schiit Modi / Magni stack.
Please give me reason.
GOOD DAY GUYS... Sorry if this sounds a little naive but i cannot find help on the net on how to use this IFI AUDIO ZEN CAN SIGNATURE 6XX AMP on my different stand alone Stereo Amps. I did not purchase this Amp to connect to a computer or what have you but rather to be sure i get the best HD6XX signature sound from all my sources (lp, cd, tape, digital) that are connected to my Accuphase , Magnat, Marantz and Yamaha Amplifiers that i use to listen my music on daily. Things lately changed at home with the arrival of a baby girl so i need to use the headphones at times to listen to music. Only that i do not know how best to go about this. Do i simply take a lead out from the headphone jack of the amp into the ifi (for which i guess i will need to purchase new wires)?
Your throughput guys is much appreciated.
thanks
Mel..
Where do i get an EU plug? Tried emailing the sellers but got no response.
Edit: after looking around for a ticket system since I couldn't find their website and there was no email response. I managed to send I a ticket for an eu plug just to get back that they only sometimes give out eu plugs and that they are in the process of setting up a shop for the EU plug.. great.
Is the Zen Can supposed to rattle??
Hey! I'm new u audiophile equipment and actually just received my Zen Can Sig V2 to go with the DAC. Thing is, as soon as I took it out of the box, I noticed a very obnoxious, very obvious rattle from the unit. I've had the DAC for a few days, received from Amazon, just waiting for Drop to deliver the Can. My question is: is it supposed to rattle this much??? It's a $250-$300 piece of equipment. But I saw one forum discussion mentioning that it's the buttons and that it should be fine. And I want to see if this is an issue you guys have encountered before I decide to either keep it, or return it. Thank for taking the time!
Definitely would not advise gambling your money and hoping you're fortunate enough to receive a working unit. If not, you're on your own.
My iFi Audio Zen Can Signature 6XX AMP arrived DOA yesterday, 2/11/2021, with a faulty 1/4" (6.3mm) output. Drop evidently no longer honors their stated return policies for defective third party items, and support's solution is to file a *warranty claim* (on a new unit!) with iFi. According to the link provided (referring me to iFi's warranty page) shipping is *my* responsibility -this, for a new, item that arrived on my doorstep defective. Taxes are also on me, but -no idea if that even applies here. Timetable of turnaround unknown.
Can't speak to sound quality, but build quality is self-evident: garbage. Drop won't even support the purchase long enough to ensure customers receive working units. Thieves. Haven't even been able to try the product and I'm supposed to file a warranty claim and ship at my expense? If you can't ensure your customers receive working products, you cannot assert that product runs allow you to deliver "value." You've erased that value. You come out ahead, while the customer loses. Great value... to Drop's income statement.
Count on this: I'll spend an hour of every day sharing this experience everywhere I see the word "iFi" -here at Drop and across the web. If after jumping through warranty hoops, I should ever actually receive a functional unit, I'll happily provide an honest and unbiased review of performance -but this is a completely unacceptable way to do business.
There are countless alternatives that don't require rolling the dice on these consumer hostile policies with Drop & iFi. I strongly urge you to choose one of those alternatives.

**Update**
Drop has been evasive and totally unwilling to honor their stated policy for returns of defective third party devices within 30 days. They continue to instruct me to file a warranty claim with iFi, in which I ship at my own expense, and eventually they repair or replace. I didn't buy a refurbished amplifier. I bought a new amplifier. I didn't buy a non-functioning amplifier with a transferable warranty, I bought a new amplifier. Drop failed to meet their obligation of tbe transaction, and refuse to even respond to questions regarding their posted return policy. Thieves.
