Wondering were the repair is needed. For me it is ripping a little at where the shoulder straps attach. It could have used more reinforcement there.

I took it on a 6km run to a holiday dinner, carried a change of clothes and a _wine bottle_. It jiggled but it was wonderfully comfortable considering the load!
I'm 1.91 and athletic build.
The sternum straps do a wonderful job with the vest like straps.
