There are 4 pairs of M & D’s in my house. These are the best sounding. I hooked them to my 5 gen iPod and a Vorzuge amp. I was surprised...

SpankyTownThey are snugger than the 40’s so you should get a tight fit. I didn’t wear them long but they weren’t a problem so let’s say 10 songs. So I asked the wife about her experience and she said 30 minutes with not a problem, she stated that she is sensitive to headphones that are too tight. Also I have to admit I’ve never had those problems like that with anything I’ve ever owned. She is waiting for me to buy her a pair because at the price Drop offered them I couldn’t lose. They really do sound better than the 40’s everything is better from lows, mids, and highs. We both use the 40’s and we both agree on the better sound. We have not tested them wireless yet.

OfframpI bought these directly from M&D for this price earlier this year. The earcups are snug for my smallish ears, and also warm. The bass is way overdone, but these respond well to EQ. The battery life is incredible. I'd say at this price, if you don't need ANC these are an awesome deal.

OfframpFor me between the 40's and these, the fit on these 60's are a bit more comfy. The bass is a little punchier without losing the mid and the highs are not uncomfortable. I recommend them without reservation.
