Took the plastic disc out of each before trying and they both do not work.

HMFICThere are *two* different plastic pieces in each flashlight. It sounds from your comment like you only took 1 piece of plastic out of each. Find the other one in the battery compartment. You have to physically remove the little 10180 Li battery.

I purchased 2 as well & neither of them work. I contacted customer support but they haven't gotten back with me yet.

What a piece of JUNK - mine work for all of 2 minutes. Unscrewed it and the top of the battery assembly got stuck in the tube. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

IT DOESN'T WORK. Mine came, and I excitedly opened it, but I can't get it to work for anything. Have been to the website and tried trouble-shooting (not that there's much to trouble-shoot), still can't get it to function. Super frustrating. ETA: I ordered two, one for my son for his birthday. I just opened his, and it's not functioning either. It flickered for one brief moment, but that was it. Could it be a bad contact between the battery and light? Whatever it is, I'm angry about it.

We've continued to coordinate with the vendor about the group's order and they've let us know that it's taken them slightly longer than expected to gather and prepare everything for individual shipment to each of you. Rest assured, we will remain in close contact with them and update the group as soon as everything is sent out.

Awaiting confirmation! We are still in contact with the vendor and just awaiting updated shipment estimates from them. We have a call scheduled first thing tomorrow morning and should get a bit more visibility in regards to when we can expect the group's individual packages to ship.

We've been in touch with the vendor regarding the group's order and they've let us know that they are still working to gather and package the group's order for individual shipment to each of you. You have to take two small plastic pieces out. One is inside the battery compartment. Small black disc. Once you do that it will work. Battery compartment is reverse threaded, so righty-loosey.
