My cable doesn't see any travel or movement past my desk so expected this to last a fair bit longer but the connection degraded (drop outs) and then it stopped functioning all together a year in.
For a premium priced cable I thought I would get longer use.
It certainly looks the part though

It works and looks well made.
Device: Tokyo 60. Keyboard has RGB lighting and works as it should; I'm sure as my pcb was one of the v3 group buy that had no firmware; the pcb was plugged in several times.

I would have liked more pictures on the options that were available rather than the photo-shoot that we got for just one specific cable; the options were a bit confusing for first time buyers. My order was for the jumbo (thicker) cable that didn't really match the keyboard's size as well as I thought. Size aside, the cable looks decent and there have been no problems regarding connectivity after all this time (currently using).
The star reduced is for not showing the differences in options (with pictures/different setups) and the lack of customization. Notice these are problems for massdrop and not the manufacturer.
ps: I'm considering revisiting this review if I end up getting a voltmeter to test if the cable has any power limitations as there are multiple reviews mentioning this.
Overall, I'm really satisfied with the cable. The colors match my laser keeb, wristrest, and deskpad perfectly. I've had it for a year now and it's not showing any signs of wear. Some people had issues with it not supplying enough power to use a keyboard with LEDs, but that was an older run. I haven't run into a single issue with this cable at all.
Worked perfectly, and looks great paired with my Laser Alt. I've traveled with the cable quite regularly (at least a couple dozen times), and it has held up great even through the extra wear and tear.
I've had this cable for little over a year. It is a nice looking cable but recently it cuts in and out. This leaves my keyboard useless. I had to switch back to the stock cable. I regret paying $40 for this cable.
