They sit weirdly on the keys, as noted by Shishkebabs. They tilt a couple of degrees depending on how you type, but they can be bent back. This has to do with how the part of the key that grips the plunger is shaped. Rather than looking like this first picture, they look like the second, meaning each corner can be bent out of shape. This is why they tilt, but again, they can be bent back.

Other than this, the keys feel fantastic. They reduce the weight needed to bottom out a switch, so for an MX Green user like myself, this isn't very significant since they already have an 80g actuation point (and 105g bottom-out), but for users with lighter keys, I imagine they probably make quite a difference. Something to keep in mind.
While typing this review, I ran into something I haven't encountered in my decade of using MX switches. One of my keys stayed down rather than spring back. This is probably to do with a combination of the heavy keycap, but moreso the abnormal plunger grip on the bottom causing it to get stuck inside of the switch housing, and staying there because of an abnormal tilt angle.
I don't know if this issue will persist. If it really becomes noticeable, then I'll have to take these keys off, because that's just insane. If I don't see it happen again, maybe it was just an issue with an improperly seated key. I'll keep you guys posted if it EVER happens again.

MUST READ: Already received mine, its pretty fantastic. Looks fantastic, at night when the only lights in your room are from the monitor(s), they shine nicely. It has weight definitely, more thick, feels heavier. Clicking sounds heavier and deeper tone. Shorter clicking distance. Not sure if it wear out the paint or whatever (had it for 3 days on my black filco keyboard) but i can tell you it wouldnt sit 100% flat because of the way the hook on to the cherry mx mounts (just abit loose on the sides of the keys allowing them to tilt depending on how you type by a few degrees, 1-2 degrees only) nothing that noticable, i still can type fast without any problems and it does feels cold if your room is cold.
I can upload a video if you want on youtube.
0/10 would not recommend this product. Out of the box they don't fit on cherry mx switches. They're loose and bouncy. Instead of using a design that encompasses the stem for a close fit, they opted to put in stalks that are too loose for the stems. I ended up having to tighten them to make them stay on the board. I overtightened two of them, one of which had their stalks broke off and is unusuable now, and the other one was too tight and pulled out the switch when I tried to pull it off the stem.
Let's do some QA guys
^^ I had this same problem.
VERY slight pressure, diagonally across the stalks(?) with pliers.
They can snap pretty easily.
Since I did this once, they've been as tight as any other keycap.
