After a few months the keyboard became unusable for me. Apparently there is something wrong with the firmware. The keys are completely randomly assigned with key combinations, so that even a hardware reset is not possible. A flashing of the firmware didn't work. The problem also exists on other computers with different operating systems. Unfortunately the manufacturer does not answer my request. Does anyone have a similar problem, or suggestions for solutions? Can I exchange the entire firmware?
