I’m sure this won’t help much, but this is sold for cheaper on taobao.com and it’s possible to choose how many key caps you want there too. You can even choose engraving or not. You can find it by searching “寿司键帽” which means Sushi Keycaps. The price it is listed at is ¥180 which is roughly $25, however shipping could be a problem If you don’t know how to deal with it.

MaestroDSThe one on Taobao is not a pre-order, it is an on demand order. If they have your choice of keycaps in stock it ships within days, if they don’t have your choice in stock it ships withing a week because they have to make it. The one on drop doesn’t seem like a pre-order either as it has been sold on drop several times before.
