Heavy and feels kind of cheap to the touch. Very obviously Made In China. However, it's quite suitable as a very traditional picnic basket, and wins points there.
Breaking it down:
Blanket: The blanket isn't particularly soft to the touch, but it *is* water/muck proof if you're sitting on grass. Works fine for what it is.
Plastic container: It's... fine? I have better ones, dunno why this was thrown in.
Bottle Opener: It's sturdy enough, opened 5-7 bottles for me so far and hasn't gotten loose or anything yet.
Cutting board: Piece of wood. Could be a bit more smoothed out but it works, and I'd be cutting into it every now and again anyways as I cut food on it.
Wine glasses: Sturdy enough to survive being hauled around in the basket. They sacrifice finery for that sturdy quality, but that's fine by me for glassware.
Salt & Pepper shakers: Perfectly satisfactory, if small. The shaker holes are patterned into an S and P for each respectively so you won't mess up seasoning.
Plates: Same as the glasses: durable. I haven't dropped either of the plates and don't plan to, but they're matching plates with no immediate flaws.
Spoons: They scoop, no problems here.
Knives: Showing their Made In China nature, the knives are sharpened only on one side. They still hold a decent edge for now and cut into things just fine.
Forks: Really weird. The tines are wide and square, making their points surprisingly blunt. More likely to crush food than to spear it, so I subbed 'em out with regular household forks.
Serrated knife: Just like the cutlery knives, sharpened only on one side. It cuts the things it should cut, just fine.

So while it's better than nothing and definitely nice to look at and use, there's some odd quirks and lack of textural quality that make this feel like it's not fully worth the pricetag. Still, if you want a picnic basket that'll carry food, drinks, and light up on Yogi's radar, this will serve you just fine.
