Mine can be pushed up'n down in the seated hole , but it doesn't move around by it self
and my initial prints without any major calibration looks very impressive.

I just recently received my Pico, and everything seems great except that the heater block can move up and down in it's channel. It has some white residue on it, so I'm assuming it was supposed to be cemented in place. Can anyone verify this?

Hey Guys,
Here's an update about the reason for the long delay. The vendor was ready to have these shipped out in the second week of June, but due to a delay in the nozzle production, the mostly finished orders were held up. Unfortunately this resulted in them missing the shipping estimate. The current status is that the nozzles are 100% finished and the vendor is packing the orders as fast as they can. These should be going out in the next few days directly from the vendor to you. I will reach out to the vendor and find out when these will be dropped off for shipment.
Expect an update from us on 06/19 or sooner if something comes up.

Hey Guys,
We were just informed by the vendor that the shipment for the Pico bodies just arrived earlier in the week after additional unexpected delay. The Pico bodies are currently going through the inspection process, just to be sure the bores are clean and everything is within specification.
The next step for the bodies will be the cartridge heater installation. The next batch of the nozzles are currently in production and expected in the next week. Once they are received, they also need to go through the inspection process to make sure they are clean and made to spec.
As a result of this delay, we are told it to expect the orders to be ready for shipment to everyone in the second week of June. Sorry for the additional delay, and we'll keep everyone updated once we find out more about the status.

Quick thing to mention, now that we are getting up in quantities. The guys at B3 Innovations do make each of these, and they mentioned that if we get above 24 orders, it may take a bit of extra time to deliver the late joiners hotends. It won't be a ridiculous wait time, and both they and I will post in this thread if we have to do a few delayed or "rolling" deliveries.
