Made in Rustico’s workshop in Orem, Utah, the Zodiac Night Sky journal displays the 12 constellations identified by early astrologers and linked to the progression of the seasons. The top-grain cowhide is sourced from American tanners, sewn bound by hand, and fitted with a flap-tie closure. Measuring 8 inches tall by 6.5 inches wide, the journal comes with 160 blank, rough-cut, cream-colored pages on which to write your thoughts—whether you’re pondering the distant stars or jotting down a daily to-do list.
Note: At checkout, you’ll have your choice of color: black, buckskin, charcoal, dark brown, or saddle.
About Rustico
It started with a bookbinding course, some top-grain leather, and a ream of cotton rag paper. Now, Rustico employs more than 30 people and produces a range of fine leather and paper goods. Avoid leaving this journal in the sun and steer clear of chemicals; over time, the natural oils on your skin will give the exterior a patina of creases, scuffs, and fades that reflect your personal use. For additional conditioning, Rustico recommends using its signature Premium Leather Cleaner or a similar all-natural care product.
